Residents in the following countries are eligible for reduced Optica individual, early career and student member dues.  There are two tiers of discounts.

This list is adopted from the World Bank and is updated annually in July.  Residents of countries that are removed from the World Bank list will continue to receive a dues discount for an additional 12 months.
